Nghiên cứu ảnh hưởng của biến đổi khí hậu và đô thị hóa đến tiêu thoát lũ trên hệ thống trục tiêu Cầu Đọ - Vĩnh Phúc
Abstract
Vinh Phuc is a province in the Red River Delta, and is also the gateway of Hanoi. In recent years, it has had high economic growth, rapid urbanization, and reduced agricultural land, which greatly affects flood drainage. In addition, climate change (climate change) causing abnormal and extreme rainfall changes is also the cause of increased inundation. Cau Do drainage system which has the task of draining the watershed of 5,046 ha from 1990 to 2022, was flooded in many times when there was heavy rain (over 150mm of rainfall). Therefore, it has caused economic and social losses in Song Lo district, Lap Thach district. Especially, the rain in 2016 caused heavy damage with over 120 hectares of rice affected on productivity and more than 1,000 hectares of rice, maize and vegetables flooded; 1 dead and 2 injured. The results show that due to the narrowing of the channel, sedimentation, high urbanization rate, the rising water level of the Lo River affects the self-flowing drainage of the system
