The Journal of Marine Science and Technology (ISSN 1859-316X) is the official scientific forum of the Vietnam Maritime University – a leading national institution in the maritime field. Based on Article 29.5 of the Internal Expenditure Regulation of Vietnam Maritime University, issued under Decision No. 1756/QĐ-ĐHHHVN dated September 29, 2017, the publication fee for authors outside Vietnam Maritime University is 1,000,000 VND (One million Vietnamese dong).
