Abstract

The article presents the basic contents of human resource development high level in Bac Ninh province in the context of industrialization, modernization and international integration. From there, the article outlines the requirements, methods and some orientations for human resource development to meet the requirements of industrialization and modernization of Bac Ninh province in terms of: developing human resources in terms of quantity, ensuring quality and synchronous structure of industries to meet the goals of socio-economic development and implement industrialization and modernization successfully in the locality.
