Abstract

Over the last few years, promoting University-Industry Linkages has become an inevitable phenomenon which provides a wide range of undeniable benefts to each individual, businesses and the society. Te article evaluates and analyzes the effects of Linkage on the process of lifelong learning among employees who are working in companies surveyed. Afer collecting both the qualitative and quantitative data of 3 dimensions, including Linkage, Motivation and Viewpoint the model of SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) is used to examine their impacts on lifelong learning of employees. Te fnal result indicates that there is a positive effect of UniversityIndustry Linkage on Lifelong Learning. Terefore researchers propose suggestions for enterprises, universities and governments
