Abstract

Prior to the changes in social life, the capital’s family had certain changes to adapt
to the modern rhythm of life. However, values derived from traditional culture, especially
moral values, and standards of human behavior in families, clans, and communities, still
affirms their eternal vitality, and continue to be handed down, inherited ,and promoted by
each family in today’s society. This article analyzes the traditional values, new values of the
Capital’s family and the role of women in building values for the family in the new period.
