PROMOTING THE ROLE OF VIETNAM WOMEN UNION IN SOLIDARITY TO ADVOCATE WOMEN TO CONTRIBUTE FOR BUILDING THE GREAT NATIONAL UNITY

Abstract

The paper focuses on analyzing the renovation of contents and methods of
operation, promoting the representative role of the Vietnam Women’s Union, contributing
to building the great national unity, thereby proposing a number of tasks and solutions in the
near future. The paper uses the review research method and the document analysis method. In
the past tenues, the emulation movements, campaigns, programs and projects of the Vietnam Women’s Union all aimed to gather and mobilize cadres, members, and women to create
consensus in society, building a great national unity. In order to thoroughly understand and
implement the Resolution of the 13th Party Congress on the viewpoint of promoting the
strength of national unity, the Vietnam Women’s Union continues to innovate contents and
methods of operation, promote its representative role in contributing to building the great
national unity in order to create a positive change in awareness among cadres, members
and women about promoting the strength of the great national unity. With appropriate,
practical and effective activities such as promoting the role of representatives, and protecting
the legitimate rights and interests of members, women contribute to creating consensus in
society and building great solidarity the entire nation in order to successfully carry out the
socio-economic development tasks of the country.
