Human development in the North Central Coast: Analyses from health dimensions

Abstract

Health status is one of the dimensions included in the assessment of human
development and multidimensional poverty. Based on the human development approach,
the article applies statistical data analysis to evaluate the current state of healthcare
conditions (including healthcare centers, human resources for health, health insurance) and
achievements in human development in the North Central Coast from health dimensions
(such as infant mortality rate, under-five mortality rate, expanded immunization, malnutrition,
and life expectancy).
