Reforming the state administrative system in accordance with Resolution 27-NQ/TW on continuing to build and perfect the Vietnamese socialist rule-of-law state in the new period

Abstract

Reforming the state administrative system is a major and central goal in improving the organization and operation of our state apparatus. This article focuses on assessing our country’s current state of administrative reform, highlighting its achievements, limitations, and causes. Notably, it identifies major policies related to building the state administrative system and administrative reform in the spirit of Resolution No.27-NQ/TW of the Politburo, while suggesting several solutions to implement these policies in the coming time.
