Abstract

Green transformation is a necessary and irreversible trend in the global development context. The Vietnamese Communist Party and the State have set out sound and increasingly comprehensive policies to proactively adapt and effectively exploit potential opportunities in line with this trend. Ensuring equality and inclusion for disadvantaged people in green transformation is essential, clearly reinstating the country’s commitment to the “Leaving no one behind” viewpoint in its sustainable development pathway. Using secondary data and employing the methods of synthesis and comparison analysis, the article explores how these policies and orientations are translated into practice, focusing on employment, education - training, healthcare, information, energy, and financial accessibility. Based on analyzing achievements and existing limitations, the articles proposes solutions to further promote the inclusion and development of the disadvantaged people in the green transformation.
