Corporate culture and employees’ work engagement: An empirical study in FDI enterprises in Khanh Hoa province

Abstract
This study aims to examine the impacts of corporate culture on employee engagement in foreign direct investment (FDI) enterprises. Research data was collected from 253 employees working in FDI enterprises located in the Suoi Dau industrial zone in Khanh Hoa province. Using factor analysis and multiple regression methods, the results show that all five components of corporate culture are positively associated with employee engagement. Among them, a culture of fair compensation has the strongest influence. Based on these findings, several implications are proposed to assist managers in enhancing employee engagement in FDI enterprises in Khanh Hoa province.
