An analysis of the knowledge sharing behavioral intentions: A case study of lecturers at the University of Danang

Abstract
Based on primary survey data of 109 lecturers at the University of Danang, the study employs the following analytical techniques: Tests of convergent and discriminant validity, and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The research findings show that three factors that directly affect the knowledge-sharing intention of lecturers at the University of Danang: attitude, social norms, behavioral control and three factors that indirectly influence it through attitude: organizational culture, reciprocal relationships, and perceived value. Accordingly, the study proposes a number of policy implications for the University of Danang’s management levels to promote lecturers’ knowledge-sharing intention by improving direct and indirect determinants.
