Abstract
Through secondary data sources and results of sociological surveys, this paper focuses on analyzing and assessing the current situation of the contingent of sociocultural civil servants at commune-level in the Southwest region of Vietnam in recent years. On that basis, the article proposes a number of solutions to develop the contingent of socio-cultural civil servants in the Southwest region in the new context.
