Regional perspective and necessary issues to be studied in Central Vietnam for the period of 2020-2030, vision to 2045

Abstract

Region is defined and cogitatted in different aspects which depends on the way of awareness and thinking of the subject of perspective. This paper reviews and explains the concept of the region and some points to note when concepting the region. On that basis, along with an overview of the history of zoning in Vietnam, the paper focuses on outlining issues to be implemented when studying the Central region in the period 2020-2030, vision 2045. The desired results of these necessary studying issues can become a foundation of realization for the rapid and sustainable development of the Central region.
