Abstract
This article analyzes the limitations in regulations on Deferred imprisonment sentence and limitations in implementing decisions to defer imprisonment sentence. On that basis, it suggests orientations to improve the provisions of law related to postponing the serving of prison sentences and implementing the decision to defer imprisonment sentence.
