RESEARCH RESULTS OF DESIGNING AND MANUFACTURING RADIAL PRESS FOR PRODUCING REINFORCED CONCRETE PIPES.

Abstract

         In the paper, some main aspects of study, design, manufacture of the radial press are presented: the operating principles; building of the general configuration of the machine; establishing the power transmission system and control system; designing the machine main frame and all other important functional modules, components, sections such as vibration compactor, press head, control system... Some preliminary testing results are introduced.
