STUDY TO BUILD THE TERRITORY PARTITIONING MAP FOR DEVELOPING SUITABLE LIVELIHOOD PATTERNS IN THE CENTRAL PROVINCES

Abstract

               Study to build the territory partitioning map for developing suitable livelihood patterns in the Central provinces is a critical and complex mission. The study has used the analysis method for integrated factors: terrain, climate, soil, vegetation cover, impacts of harsh weather events and characteristics of the main types of disasters likely to happen in the territorial units. The research results show that the Central region can be divided into 2 sub-regions, 4 areas and 14 sub-areas, including 2 sub-areas of coastal sand dunes, 4 sub-areas of coastal plains, 4 hilly and mountainous sub-areas, and 4 mountainous sub-areas.
