RESEARCHING THE IMFLUENCE OF PLASTIC DEFORMATION ON PROPERTIES OF BIMETAL MATERIAL OF ALLOY STEEL AND CARBON STEEL MADE BY EXPLOSIVE WELDING AND HOT PRESSING METHOD.
Abstract
This article present some reseach results of the influence of plastic deformation degree of C45 and ШX15 bimetal material cylindrical part made by explosive welding and hot pressing method on its properties by means of researching microstructure characheristics at the border zone between ШX15 alloy steel coating layer and C45 carbon steel base layer. Geometric shape, microstructure at border zone between ШX15 alloy steel coating layer and C45 carbon steel base layer received by hot pressing have the specific characheristic of being pressed in radical direction and being shrunk, resulting in reducing significaltly wave amplitude. If an element which is cut perpendicularly to direction of press force and its dimention small enough so that the deformation influence in perimeter direction of bimetal material in polar coordinate system could be elimated is considered, the two layer attaching wave amplitude by hot pressing tends to decrease in proportion to plastic deformation degree in comparison with original dimension received after explosive welding.
