The status of building school culture in primary schools in Me Linh district, Hanoi city

Abstract
Establishing a strong school culture is of great importance for improving the quality of education and building the institution's reputation. This research was conducted to assess the current state of building school culture in primary schools in Me Linh district, Hanoi. A questionnaire was completed by 130 primary school teachers. The results indicate that while the schools have made considerable efforts to build their culture, significant shortcomings remain that need to be overcome.
