The current situation of managing cultural behavior education activities for children with disabilities in primary schools in Hoa Thanh town, Tay Ninh province

Abstract
The article aims to assess the current status of managing cultural behavior education activities for disabled children in primary schools in Hoa Thanh Town, Tay Ninh Province. A total of 20 school administrators (principals and vice principals) and 50 teachers from 10 primary schools in Hoa Thanh Town, Tay Ninh Province voluntarily participated in the study. The participants were asked to complete a questionnaire related to the planning of cultural behavior education for disabled children, the implementation and organization of the plan, the management of support conditions, and the monitoring and evaluation of the execution of the cultural behavior education plan for disabled children in primary schools in Hoa Thanh Town, Tay Ninh Province. The research results indicate that in the primary schools of Hoa Thanh Town, Tay Ninh Province: (1) The planning of cultural behavior education activities for disabled children is implemented occasionally to frequently, with results ranging from moderate to good; (2) The organization of the implementation of cultural behavior education activities for disabled children is carried out occasionally, with results being moderate; (3) The direction of the implementation of cultural behavior education activities for disabled children is carried out occasionally to frequently, with results ranging from moderate to good; (4) The management of support conditions for cultural behavior education activities for disabled children is carried out occasionally to frequently, with results being moderate; (5) The monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of the cultural behavior education plan for disabled children is carried out occasionally to frequently, with results being moderate. These research findings serve as a basis for proposing measures to manage cultural behavior education activities for disabled children in primary schools in Hoa Thanh Town, Tay Ninh Province.
