Abstract
This study aims to understand the current situation of managing and building school culture in high schools in Cam Ranh city, Khanh Hoa province. Research data was collected from survey results of 165 administrators and teachers of high schools in Cam Ranh city. Research results show that most schools have done quite well in planning, organizing, directing, inspecting and evaluating the building of school culture. However, there are still a number of objective and subjective factors that affect the management and building of school culture in high schools. Therefore, analyzing the current situation will be the basis for proposing appropriate management measures to improve the effectiveness of building school culture at high schools in the study area.
