Designing extracurricular activities in literature to develop language competence for tenth-grade students

Abstract
This article focuses on analyzing and clarifying fundamental concepts related to extracurricular activities, language competence development, and the assessment of language competence enhancement for tenth-grade students through extracurricular activities in Literature. Based on these analyses, the study proposes designs for extracurricular activities aimed at fostering students' interest and practical Vietnamese language skills, gradually developing their language competence in both receptive and productive dimensions.
