Abstract

Based on theoretical premises, this article focuses on analyzing and evaluating self-learning capacity and the significance of enhancing this ability for sixth-grade students in reading comprehension instruction. The proposed measures include the application of the flipped classroom model and several active teaching methods in organizing reading comprehension activities. Additionally, the design of practice worksheets tailored to specific text types aims to foster learners' independence and creativity in approaching, analyzing, and exploring texts.
