Study of blood pressure fluctuations measured by blood pressure holter on hypertension patients treated at the Department of Respiratory – Cardiovascular of Hai Phong Medical University Hospital in 2021-2022

Abstract

Objectives: Describe clinical, and subclinical symptoms in Patients with Hypertension and Characterize 24-hour blood pressure with Holter blood pressure monitor in Patients in Patients. Subjects and methods: A retrospectively descriptive cross-sectional study of Hypertension patients monitored for 24-hour blood pressure at the Department of Respiratory – Cardiology of Hai Phong Medical University Hospital in 2021-2022. Results and conclusions: of the 103 patients studied, 82.5% of patients presented with headaches, and 52.4% of patients had electrocardiographic changes. The incidence of Hypertension between men and women is similar. Ages 51-60 accounted for 39.8%. 90.3% of patients had no depression with an average blood pressure reading of 97.34 ± (11.8) mmHg. 100% of patients aged 71-90 years do not have low blood pressure.
