Abstract

Cross-sectional descriptive study to describe patient satisfaction when visiting Hai Phong Medical University Hospital in 2023. Research results show that the overall satisfaction rate of patients when examination is 70.3%. The rate of patients satisfied with accessibility is 67.3%. The rate of patients satisfied with the transparency of information and medical examination and treatment procedures is 54.0%. The rate of patients satisfied with facilities and patient service facilities is 54.3%. The rate of patients satisfied with the behavior and professional capacity of medical staff is 93.3%. The rate of patients satisfied with the results of service provision is 87.2%. There is a correlation between the factor of religion (OR= 0.1; p= 0.003) and the patients have health insurance (OR= 3,08 ; p= 0.005) with the satisfaction of patients.
