Abstract
This case report presents the procedure of lateral sinus floor elevation in combination with bone grafting using autogenous bone, PRF, and alloplastic bone graft materials to prepare the posterior maxillary region for Implant placement. The patient had been missing the first and second maxillary left molars for many years, with a remaining bone height of only 3.4 mm. A lateral sinus lift was performed, followed by simultaneous bone grafting and immediate Implant placement. Submerged healing was allowed, and Implant restoration was completed after four months.
