Hematocrit index, AST, ALT enzyme activities in the group of Dengue fever patients with warning signs were much higher than in the group of Dengue fever patients with p<0.05; the number of platelets, white blood cells in the group of Dengue fever patients with warning signs was lower than in the group of Dengue fever patients (p<0.05). Treatment results: 274/275 patients were cured (99.63%), 1 patient was referred to a higher hospital and no patients died. Conclusion: Dengue fever with warning signs accounted for the highest rate of 87.64%. There was a correlation between increased hematocrit index, increased AST, ALT enzymes and decreased platelet count in the Dengue fever group compared to the Dengue fever group with warning signs (p< 0.05). The rate of patients cured was 99.63%.
