Situation and some factors related to the satisfaction of inpatients at Bai Chay Hospital, Quang Ninh, in 2022
Abstract
Objective: Describe the satisfaction and some related factors about the quality of medical examination and treatment services at Bai Chay Hospital, Quang Ninh, 2022. Method: Cross-sectional descriptive method 400 inpatient patients in clinical departments with a set of questionnaires directly interviewed after the patient completed the discharge payment procedure about their satisfaction with the quality of medical services. Results: The rate of patients who are generally satisfied with the quality of medical examination and treatment services of the hospital is 74.8%. Research has found a correlation between factors to satisfaction of patients such as patients have average income ≥ 3 million VND / month (OR = 8.8; p < 0,001); patients who came to medical examination and treatment 1 time in 12 months (OR = 3.0; p < 0.001)
