MANAGEMENT OF TEACHING STAFF AT THE TUE DUC SCHOOL SYSTEM IN THE CONTEXT OF IMPLEMENTING THE 2018 NATIONAL GENERAL EDUCATION CURRICULUM
Abstract
The article presents research findings on the management of teaching staff at the Tue Duc School System in the context of implementing the 2018 National General Education Curriculum. The article identifies key challenges, including the development of teachers' professional competencies, limitations in the application of technology in teaching, and unsatisfactory compensation policies, all of which have significantly impacted the effective execution of the new educational program. The article proposes specific solutions, such as improving the teacher competency evaluation system, enhancing continuous professional training, promoting the use of technology in teaching, and improving compensation policies. The implementation of these solutions will not only improve the quality of education at the Tue Duc School System but also contribute to advancing educational reforms in private schools in general, meeting the increasing demands of the 2018 National General Education Curriculum.
