IMPROVING THE CAPACITY TO HANDLING SITUATIONS FOR SCHOOL TEACHERS

Abstract

The article is the result of a study on the implementation of educational work in general education institutions in general, and the capacity to handle work problems in general education institutions in particular. From the survey results, the research team has recorded the difficulties, limitations and causes leading to problems in the work of general education institutions. From there, the research team proposes a number of solutions to improve the capacity to handle problems for those working in general education institutions today.
