EDUCATION ON CHILDREN'S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS IN THE FORM OF POETRY

Abstract

In the new general education program in 2018, law education, moral education and education on Vietnamese moral principles are highly valued and aiming at the objectives: giving students the equal opportunities for rights to be protected, cared, studied and developed, to be heard, respected and involved. The paper presents the rights and obligations of the children stipulated in the Law on Children 2016, thereby proposing solutions to educate the children's rights and obligations through poetry, contributing to innovation of law education and to meet the requirements of the general education program
