Abstract
Along with the continuous development of science and technology, training is carried out flexibly in many forms to contribute to building a contingent of teachers and managers with good moral qualities, political bravery and capacity, meeting the requirements of serving the people, the development of the country. Regular training is one of many models to help teachers and managers equip knowledge, skills and methods of performing tasks in the activities of teachers and managers to meet professional standards. The article presents the forms and evaluation of regular training results for teachers and managers in order to improve the quality of training and retraining to meet the needs of learners and the requirements of society
