IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF MILITARY TEACHERS TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF MILITARY BUILDING IN THE NEW SITUATION

Abstract

Teachers have a particularly important position and role in improving the quality of education, training and scientific research of military academies and schools; one of the decisive factors to the quality and work efficiency of military human resources. Therefore, improving the quality of the teaching staff has always been a key content identified in the Directives, Resolutions, Schemes and Strategy on development of education and training in the Army. The content of the presentation mentioned the quality of military teachers and proposed some measures to improve the quality of teachers to meet the requirements of army construction in the new situation
