Abstract
Based on the theoretical research and survey of the current state, the paper aimed to study and evaluate the impact of three leadership styles and teacher satisfaction. This study can help primary school managers better understand how their leadership style impacts teacher satisfaction. The study showed that leadership styles accounted for 39.6% of teacher satisfaction and the remaining 60.4% of teacher satisfaction was accounted for by other factors. The result was consistent with what previous studies have suggested and clarified the role and importance of leadership styles in creating a positive and effective working environment for primary school teachers in Ho Chi Minh City in the current period
