Abstract

In the context of Vietnam ‘sintegration into the world economy, Vietnam higher education institutions (HEIs) should be changing to meet requirements of economic sectors. On 18 October 2016, the Prime Minister approved the Decision No. 1982/QĐ-TTg on the promulgation of Vietnamese Qualifications Framework (VQF), which enforced the learning outcomes of each level of higher education. This article addresses how HEIs should be aligned to their programs with VQF as well as to meet requirements of industrial needs. In other words, what and how HEIs should dowhen implementing VQF?.
