Abstract

It is urgent to construct quality culture in higher education institutions in Vietnam to aim  to  improve  the  training  quality  sustainably  and  effectively.  This  paper  gives  an overview  of  the  quality  culture,  presents  and  analyzes  the  factors  influencing  the construction of quality culturein higher education institutions in Vietnam.
