Abstract

English - the undenibly crucial international means of communication - is due to the three following factors: New World’s needs - Linguistic Revolution - Focus on learners’ purposes. English for Specific Purposes (ESP), in this harsh global integration process, must be a major skill or an occupational skill for employees to have confidence in entering this profitable working world. Therefore, English teachers should adapt themselves to be both a consultant and linguistic instructor as an expert with possible knowledge in one field.
