GIẢI PHÁP NÂNG CAO CHẤT LƯỢNG BỒI DƯỠNG THƯỜNG XUYÊN CHO GIÁO VIÊN TRUNG HỌC

Abstract

Regular retraining for secondary school teachers is an annual activity of the school year. This activity is very significant in fostering the work of teachers and help teachers supplement the knowledge, the new policy of the Ministry of Education and Training, and help teachers develop teaching capacity of each individual. To work regular retraining bring high efficiency,  the  author  propose  a  number  of  measures  to  improve  the  quality  of  regular refresher courses for teachers of high school, meet the requirements of education reform and current training.
