A LITERATURE REVIEW OF TRAINING RELATED-ISSUES AT BUDDHIST INTERMEDIATE SCHOOL

Abstract

The article reviews the studies related to the domestic and international Buddhist education and training. The literature is reviewed based on classification and systematization of theories. The review shows that there are a variety of approaches to Buddhist education and training, mainly focusing on the role of Buddhist education, exploring Buddhist history, forms and models of Buddhist training, contexts and influence of Buddhist education in the community. Studies on Buddhist education and training in Vietnam have a distinction between researchers who are purely intellectual scientists and who are researchers in the religious community. The overall research content is mainly based on the orientations of Buddhist dignitaries and intellectuals as a basis for application to training management at Buddhist Colleges in particular, and Buddhist education in general.
