Cultural identity has a profound meaning for each organization and each school because the school's cultural identity represents the soul, manner, and color of each school. Core values are part of the strategic direction and one of the elements constituting the school's culture. The article analyzes and illustrates identifying the core values that create the school's cultural identity expressed through the content of the core values and the form of the core values
