Abstract

The quality of career educators directly affects the quality of training as well as the professional qualifications and skills of students. The management of a team of teachers according to professional standards and professionalism of vocational educators plays an important role in school management, determining the quality of the teaching staff. In this article, the author has reflected on the current situation of teacher management activities according to professional standards and profession of vocational educators and proposed 7 measures to improve the efficiency of the management of the teaching staff according to professional standards of vocational educators at Vietnam Russia Vocation Training College No.1
