FACTORS AFFECTING TO STUDENT SATISFACTION WITH THE QUALITY OF STUDENT SUPPORT SERVICES AT HONG BANG INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY

Abstract

With the desire to improve the quality of student support services at Hong Bang International University to be better in the future, the research topic “Factors affecting student satisfaction on service quality student support at Hong Bang International University” is implemented. The study conducted a survey of 425 students studying at Hong Bang International University and used SPSS 22.0 software to analyze the data. By multivariable regression equation, the research results show that 05 factors positively affect students' satisfaction about the quality of student support services. From the results of this study, we has proposed some solutions to improve the student satisfaction about the quality of student support services at Hong Bang International University.
