Abstract

To reform strongly and synchronously the basic elements of education and training, in accordance with the focusing on developing the quality and capacity the learners following  the  12th  Party  Congress  Resolution,  so  the  guidelines  and  policies  of  the government should concentrate to invest the teacher training work. For a long time, pedagogy system have always been seen as the " education and training' s major machine". That means it is very important of teaching training, including, need to focus on some main.
