Abstract

Being aware of the fact that accounting has been a field of interest for its importance in many state agencies as well as private companies, many education institutions have quickly started different training programmes in accounting. To contribute to the improvement of the training quality, these institution have paid a great attention into constructing learning outcomes of the training programmes.

One of the major solutions to implement the learning outcomes of a training program is to promote inovation in teaching, learning and testing. In this article, the author mentions the fundamentals of program learning outcomes and course learning outcomes, point out the relationship between course learning outcomes and other elements of a training program and the procedure of constructing course learning outcomes for the Bachelor training program in Accounting.
