Abstract

Teachers play the most important role in any education reform around the world. Thus, determining and evaluating teacher education reality will make improvement to Vietnamese teacher quality in the context of high demand for national education system. Using document analysis methods, this paper focuses on specifying teacher competences in the new context, reality of teacher education and solution for teacher education in Vietnam.
