Abstract

Tertiary  education  in  Vietnam  needs  to  be  innovated  in  order  to  create competent human resource and quality, meeting the demands from international market. This article  introduces  the  study  method  through  community  service  which  helps  students  to develop their skills and improve the awareness for social responsibilities, becoming quality human resource in the future.
