CURRENT SITUATION AND TOURIST’S SATISFACTION WITH NIGHT TOURISM ACTIVITIES IN THE SOUTH CENTRAL COAST

Abstract

Countries and destinations worldwide have utilised night tourism to enhance tourists' experiences, increase satisfaction, and optimise revenue streams. The article examines the present condition of night tourism activities and the level of tourist satisfaction with the tourism experience on the South Central Coast, based on survey data from 461 tourists at night tourism destinations in Quang Ngai and Khanh Hoa provinces. Additionally, it offers an overview of the current situation and proposes recommendations to enhance night tourism activities in this region in the future.
