Abstract
The August Revolution in 1945 was successful, leading to the establishment of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam. Nevertheless, the fledgling revolutionary administration encountered a multitude of economic, military, political, and social challenges. President Ho Chi Minh, during his presidency, implemented numerous appropriate, timely, and efficient policies to resolve these difficulties. President Ho Chi Minh demonstrated a combination of adaptability and determination in his foreign policy, particularly in his efforts to secure international recognition of Vietnam's independence while guiding the Vietnamese revolution to overcome challenges and foster the growth and progress of the country.
