Abstract

The grassroots political system is crucial for the implementation of the Party and State's comprehensive development policy, progressively enhancing the material and spiritual well-being of ethnic minorities. Based on secondary data, the article analyses the challenges faced by the grassroots political system in the Southwest region regarding the implementation of ethnic initiatives aimed at enhancing the material and spiritual well-being of ethnic minorities in the area. The study analyses and evaluates various solutions aimed at enhancing the efficiency of ethnic work conducted by grassroots authorities in regions with ethnic minorities in the Southwest.
