Abstract

Indonesia stands out as a nation with strong development of ride-hailing services. Based on secondary data, this study explores Indonesia’s tripartite linkage model for enhancing drivers' working environments. The results from this model are experiences for Vietnam in ensuring fairness and social protection for workers in digital labor platforms.
