TRAINING INITIATIVES FOR CIVIL SERVANTS AND PUBLIC EMPLOYEES IN QUANG NGAI PROVINCE
Abstract
Training of civil servants and public employees constitute a critical determinant for enhancing the overall caliber of personnel, satisfying the demands of administrative reform, and facilitating socio-economic advancement. Utilizing secondary data amassed from Quang Ngai province prior to July 1, 2025, this article conducts an analysis of the training initiatives for civil servants and public employees within Quang Ngai province during the period spanning from 2019 to 2024. In this context, the training of civil servants and public employees within the province is characterized by a diverse array of content, with a pronounced emphasis on professional growth and management acumen, particularly in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic, focusing on communes and regions inhabited by ethnic minorities. Furthermore, the processes of organization and the quality of training remain suboptimal, necessitating additional measures to enhance the caliber of personnel, civil servants, and public employees, thereby fostering a professional and contemporary civil service that aligns with the sustainable development objectives of the province.
